SANTANA Pro is a highly sophisticated and flexible PC-based system uniquely designed to handle both existing and new equipment regardless of the manufacturer. SANTANA Pro can support single panels, a network (not exceeding 32 panels/16,000 points), or a SANTANA Data Gathering Panel (DGP) network. Additionally, Translator units allow SANTANA Pro to work with most reputable proprietary panels in the fire, security, CCTV and BMS fields.

When events are reported via the PC, messages may be sent directly to SanGrafx units (graphical PDA's with GSM capability). These hand-held devices automatically report a transmission of events to designated personnel so they may take immediate action.
